The Awards Ceremony
The winners were announced at a glittering awards ceremony- MC'd by Chris Hollins, TV presenter and winner of Strictly Come Dancing - at the Lancaster London hotel on Friday 4 November.
A record 600 professionals from small, medium and large contract cleaning firms and in-house teams, as well as local authorities and hospitals, attended the prestigious event.
Guests wined and dined and enjoyed lively performances by Cirque Bijou, but it was the announcement of the winners that was by far the highlight of the day.
