Privacy Policy

This website is owned and operated by Kimberly-Clark Corporation.  At Kimberly-Clark, we recognize that many visitors to our site are concerned about the information they provide and how we treat that information.  So, we’ve developed a Privacy Policy to address those concerns.  We may update the Policy from time to time, so please check in occasionally.

Our Policy
At our site, we don’t collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly.

Information You Give Us

Most features of our site require you to specifically agree to provide us with identifiable information, for example, when you complete the Award registration process.  As a result of those actions, you might supply us with such information as: your name; address and phone number.  We use the information that you provide for the purpose of the Golden Service Awards.  Because of the volume of entries we receive, we may have to give your name, e-mail and postal address to a fulfilment house or public relations agency.  On our behalf they will deal with your entry or request for information.
Additionally, contact information given during registration might be shared with the Gold and Ambassador sponsors to send you appropriate communications.  If you do not wish to be contacted, you can stop us from sending you marketing information by ticking the appropriate box when registering for the Golden Service Awards on this site.

Automatic Information
Examples of the information we may automatically collect and analyse include: the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information such as browser type and version; operating system and platform; login history; the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our website (including date and time).  We may also use browser data such as cookies, Flash cookies (also known as Flash Local Shared Objects), or similar data on certain parts of our website for fraud prevention and other purposes.  During some visits we may use software tools such as JavaScript to measure and collect session information, including page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.
