“We are very pleased that so many tickets have sold so early for this year’s awards ceremony,” says Michel Le Borgne, Marketing Manager, UK & Ireland at KIMBERLY-CLARK PROFESSIONAL*. “It goes to show that recession or not, the Golden Service Awards 2009 serves as a benchmark for excellence in the cleaning industry,” Michel adds.
The menu for the event is as follows:
Starter: Smoked cherry tomato and basil cheesecake with wild rocket pesto
Main: Corn fed chicken supreme with wild mushrooms, port wine and aged vinegar jus
Gratin dauphinoise, leaf spinach, roast carrot chips
Vegetarian: Tagine of vegetables and chick peas with couscous and coriander
(gluten free, vegan)
Dessert: Chocolate plate
Chocolate pan with dark chocolate cream and jasmine tea, milk chocolate and raspberry truffle torte and raspberry sorbet
Organisers request that any attendees with special dietary needs, including whether they would like to be served the vegetarian main course, let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your meal on the day.
